perClass BV, based in Delft, The Netherlands, a provider of user-guided machine learning solutions, today announced to have successfully tested together with imec, the world-leading research and innovation hub in nanoelectronics and digital technologies, a new integrated solution to accurately analyze images from imec’s ultrasonic SNAPSCAN hyperspectral imaging camera’s by making use of perClass Mira software.

The novel combination offers advantages like user guided machine learning, easy to use graphical interface, fast processing of data, and precise interpretation of the ultrasonic SNAPSCAN camera’s output.

The perClass Mira technology, with key functionalities implemented, like user guided interpretation, without programming or machine learning expertise, enables domain experts to validate their solution on new images allowing results to be provided within minutes.

“Compared to existing situations of bringing the sample to the lab, we now bring the lab to the sample and enable domain experts, such as a biologist or process engineer, or a medical researcher to built / update their own automated interpretation solutions” explains Pavel Paclik, Managing Director from perClass BV

Solutions developed with perClass Mira interface can be directly deployed to external applications, such as imec’s SNAPSCAN hyperspectral imaging acquisition and visualization software or customers own software to automatically process new images.
