Is there a way to turn off messages like: 10 folds: [1: ] [2: ] ... in sdcrossval?

no, currently it is not possible, but it is a good suggestion. We will include the ‘nodisplay’ option also to sdcrossval in the next release. (currently this option works in sddetector, sdroc, sdrelab).

OK. Thanks for your answer. An other suggestion would be to have a global mechanism to turn off messages in all functions, something like prwarning(0) for warnings in prtools.
