SDVERSION  returns version number and information about the license

      SDVERSION
      [VER,STR,DATE]=SDVERSION

 DESCRIPTION
 If used without arguments, SDVERSION prints the detailed string with
 information on the version and license details.  SDVERSION can also
 return numerical version VER, full string STR with version number and
 release date and the DATE.
