 DESCRIPTION
 Use PRSD_FEEDBACK to send a feedback to PR Sys Design issue tracking system.
 Without arguments, a dialog is open where the user may type the message.
 Alternatively, the SUBJECT and BODY of a message may be supplied as
 arguments.
 Provide your e-mail address if you wish to be contacted regarding the issue.
