SDCONVERT  Convert object into a pipeline

   ALG      trained SDALG object
   W        PRTools or DD_tools mapping

 OUTPUT
   OUT      converted pipeline

 DESCRIPTION
 SDCONVERT transforms trained object into a pipeline.
 For example, algorithm ALG may be converted (provided that the algorithm
 function must has a toconvert section defining the conversion)
 SDCONVERT also works on a subset of PRTools and DD_Tools mappings.
