GETFEATLAB Get feature labels

   LAB=GETFEATLAB(DATA)

   DATA     Data set

 OUTPUT
   LAB      SDLAB with labels

 DESCRIPTION
 GETFEATLAB returns SDLAB object with feature labels. By default,
 DATA.featlab refers to 'featname' property. To use different property,
 use SETFEATLAB.
